We hope you love your Mrs. Alice purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all linens, glassware, and accessories are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
